My favorite style/size is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

We’re thrilled you and your fellow Lilattoosh Baby fans love our adorable goodies just as much as we do! Occasionally, we’ll run out of a style or size, but we restock items daily, so keep checking the product page for updates. 

Be sure to sign up for our email list, and follow us on Instagram and Facebook, so you’re the first to know when we restock popular items or introduce new brands and products.

How does Lilattoosh Baby choose products?

You deserve the best, mama! That’s why we’re obsessed with finding the freshest, softest, snuggliest and most adorable clothes and accessories for your little ones. We’ve searched the globe for emerging and designer brands with unique, quality products that all pass the ‘It’s SO cute!’ test.

ORDERS

Can I change or cancel an order?

Once you’ve placed an order, we aren’t able to change or cancel it. If you changed your mind, we do offer 14-day returns and exchanges. Get the full details here.

If you made a mistake entering the shipping address, contact as at hello@lilattoosh.com.  We can’t guarantee address changes, because most orders are processed and shipped next day, but if we can change it, we will!

How can I track my order?

Get excited! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey from our stockroom to your front door.

Where is my order confirmation email?

As soon as you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered during checkout. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam and junk folders (and be sure to add hello@lilattoosh.com to your safe senders list). If you still haven’t received it, then contact us at hello@lilattoosh.com. We’ll be happy to help!

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

Congrats! During checkout, there will be an option for you to enter your coupon code. Plug it in, then sit back and bask in the savings.

Can I get a price adjustment on an item I already purchased?

We get it – we love deals, too! Since prices change based on seasonal availability, promotions and supply in stock, we’re not able to adjust prices, or offer a refund or credit for the price difference, if an item’s price changes after you’ve purchased it.

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $55 within the US. There’s a flat rate of $5 for orders under $55. For international orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We help make your babes cuter, no matter what part of the world you call home. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. Be sure to check with your country’s customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes for items shipped from the United States. You’re responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider.

We’re based in beautiful, sunny Miami, Florida.


What shipping carrier do you use?


We ship via USPS for all US orders and DHL for international orders.

When will my order ship?

We know how exciting it is to get a package, so we aim for super speedy processing. Most orders are processed and shipped next day, Monday through Friday, so you (or the lucky recipient) can get your box of adorableness quickly. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

There’s no signature required for orders under $350. Orders of $350 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

I’m looking at an item that’s listed as ‘final sale.’ What does that mean?

These hot products are almost gone for good, so grab them while you can. Final sale items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. If you have questions about a final sale item – or any item in our store – please email us at hello@lilattoosh.com. We’ll be happy to help!

What is your exchange policy?

Sometimes, second time’s the charm! We’re happy to refund all unworn, unwashed items, with original packaging and tags, when they’re returned to us within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at hello@lilattoosh.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return shipment.

What is your return policy?

Do I need a receipt to do a return?

Nope! We just need the order number and the name associated with the order. If you’re returning a gift, please include a note with your return that indicates you’re returning a gift. That ensures the buyer won’t be contacted.

How do I return a gift?

It’s the thought that counts, right? If you want to return a gift, we’ve made it easy and confidential.  Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and tags. All clearance/discounted products and pacifiers are final sale.

  • If you know the order number:
  • Send the return shipment to us with a note inside the box that includes your name (not the buyer’s name), email address, the order number and a note that indicates you’re returning a gift. That ensures the buyer won’t be contacted. Otherwise, the return credit or refund will be applied to the buyer, and they’ll be notified of the refund.If you don’t know the order number:

    Please contact us with the buyer’s name and item(s) you want to return. We won’t contact the buyer – that information will help us find the order, so you can include the order number in your return shipment.

Once we receive and process your return, you can choose to receive your credit in one of two ways:

  • Get a one-time use coupon code for the return amount.
  • Apply the credit to your Lilattoosh Baby account. It will automatically apply to your next order(s) and doesn’t have to be used all at once.

GIFTS

Does Lilattoosh Baby offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time, but we do make sure opening every box of adorable goodies feels special. Every order you place is lovingly wrapped in tulle & ribbon, packaged by hand and shipped with love.

Can I include a gift receipt/message?

Yes! During checkout, there will be an option to mark ‘This order is a gift’ and include a special note with the lucky recipient’s box of cuteness. Gift orders will only include a packing slip – no prices!

I need help choosing a gift. Do you offer a personal shopping service?

We do! Whether you need a gift or want to refresh your babe’s wardrobe, we’ll find the perfect clothing and accessories for the little ones in your life. It’s easy (and free)!
